5th Annual Gourmet Grilled Cheese Workshop featuring Papi Queso
We are being joined by the talented Brian Stockholm, Chef and Owner of Papi Queso to elevate the grilled cheese sandwich. It’s more than just melting technique…these gourmet grilled cheeses are all about the delicious fillings like roasted jalapeno spread, caramelized onions, pickles, sauteed mushrooms, maple-corriander bacon…then talking cheese and local bread, and the secret flair behind these treats!

At Bowers Mill
The parking lot entrance is off Yancey Rd. Our building is located on the backside of the brewery (Brewers at Yancey), which is the opposite part of the building as their front door. There is additional street parking off Yancey and Southside Dr. There is a staircase entrance to Bowers parking from Southside Dr located behind Escape Tactic.
