Day-Time Ramen Cooking January 26th

Learn to make noodles and broth along with seasonal accompaniments. Led by chef Gloria for a day-time event beginning at 11:00 am

Friday, January 26th for a 11:00 am start. A light snack will be provided in the middle of the event. Ramen will be enjoyed at the end of the event.

Menu

Tonkotsu Ramen (pork broth)
– Pork Chashu
-Garlic Butter Miso Mushrooms
-Scallions
-Seaweed
-Gochujang Glazed squash
-Soft Boiled Egg
Seasonal Ice Cream Served for Dessert

Note: This menu cannot be made gluten-free or pork-free. However, this menu is dairy-free.

 

Additional Notes

–BYOB or packaged snacks are not permitted at Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen. We have a great menu of  alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks along with snacks.

-If you are joining as a single ticket you will be sharing a table with 3 other guests for a table of 4. Please note, just as in all CAK events each guest will be sharing equipment, tools, prep and ultimately the food they’ve made during the class with their table-mates. If you’re registering with 3 guests in your party, you may be asked to be at different tables (though near each other) 

-1 ticket is for 1 person

-Please do not register if you’re experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms

The parking lot entrance is off Yancey Rd. Our building is located on the backside of the brewery (Brewers at Yancey), which is the opposite part of the building as their front door. There is additional street parking off Yancey and Southside Dr. There is a staircase entrance to Bowers parking from Southside Dr located behind Escape Tactic.

On our side, we’ve made non-refundable purchases and scheduled the appropriate staff, so we have to find a balance.
