Modern Greek
Here in Charlotte, we all get excited when the Greek Festival is going on! What’s not to love? I have to say, all of the traditional food is one of the major highlights! Since the festival just came and went, we are already missing them. If you enjoy Greek flavors and would like to learn how to make some dishes at home, this is the class to take part in! We will be cooking with those traditional flavors and using our local fall ingredients, like eggplant and apples with local pasture-raised lamb and feta made right here in North Carolina from Three Graces Dairy. We know you will enjoy this Modern Green Menu!

At Bowers Mill
The parking lot entrance is off Yancey Rd. Our building is located on the backside of the brewery (Brewers at Yancey), which is the opposite part of the building as their front door. There is additional street parking off Yancey and Southside Dr. There is a staircase entrance to Bowers parking from Southside Dr located behind Escape Tactic.
