Party Platters
Whether you are throwing a party or attending one, platters of small-bites and appetizers are essential. It’s likely we all have a go-to dish that’s easy to make and a crowd pleaser. We want to help out with your party plans by providing you with some new ideas!
- – “Fish and Chip”…traditional flavors, not-so traditional appetizer!
- – Spring Rolls with fresh vegetables
- – Cucumber Cups with chicken and feta salad
- – Caprese Tartlets
- – “Almond Joy” Truffles…because someone has to bring dessert, right?!
Each dish has a fun twist and absolutely full of flavor!
We will begin class with a little party of our own. Chef Alyssa will be making quinoa cakes with spicy remoulade sauce to greet everyone before class begins.
Be sure to arrive between 15 and 20 minutes ahead of the schedule event time of 7:00 PM. We will start on time. Like all of our classes, you will be at a 4 person tables working together with your group to produce everything Chef Alyssa has in store for you. Please let us as soon as you sign up about any allergies or medical conditions that may affect you during class.
After we finish cooking, we will sit down to enjoy our food and try some tasty drinks! Our classes are BYOB for beer and wine only. Please remember safety is a top concern.

At Bowers Mill
The parking lot entrance is off Yancey Rd. Our building is located on the backside of the brewery (Brewers at Yancey), which is the opposite part of the building as their front door. There is additional street parking off Yancey and Southside Dr. There is a staircase entrance to Bowers parking from Southside Dr located behind Escape Tactic.
