Roaring Riot Tailgate Tapas Tasting at Chef Alyssa’s
Event Date: Friday September 10th
Event Time: 6:30 – 8:30 pm (6:00 – 6:15 pm arrival)
Beverages: Beer, Wine and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase on-site.
Our Tailgate Tapas Tasting is slightly different than our regular cooking class events. This is hosted with Roaring Riot and is an open event. We expect between 20 and 40 guests. This is a self-guided free flowing cooking class. You’ll rotate on your own (in no particular order) from station to station. We will double check your Roaring Riot membership, please only register for that ticket if you are a RR member. Go Panthers!
Tailgate Menu:
(4 individual eat-as-you-go interactive cooking stations)
Menu (Gluten-Free except for ciabatta bread on sliders)
Asian Barbeque Pork Belly Sliders: House made ciabatta, pickled onions, cilantro
Shrimp Tacos: Grilled shrimp and corn, crema, adobo spice
Grilled Wings: Smoked on the BGE then fired on the grill, finished with sauces
Spinach & Brie Dip: Artichoke and parmesan sauce, served hot with crisps

-1 ticket is for 1 person
-Face masks are now required indoors as of Wednesday August 18th, 2021

At Bowers Mill
The parking lot entrance is off Yancey Rd. Our building is located on the backside of the brewery (Brewers at Yancey), which is the opposite part of the building as their front door. There is additional street parking off Yancey and Southside Dr. There is a staircase entrance to Bowers parking from Southside Dr located behind Escape Tactic.
