Speed Dating Cooking Class

Charlotte’s first ever Speed Dating Hands-On Cooking Class! Set up for 20 people (10 guys & 10 girls), you’ll be making 5 small plates and rotate to a new table every 20 minutes. You’ll meet everyone by the end of the night! And if it doesn’t work out, you still had a cooking class – so that’s something, right?
As a bonus, if you end up finding a new boyfriend/girlfriend at the class you’ll receive 1 gift card for a free cooking class for the two of you!

We are requesting the class be reserved for guests between ages 25 to 35.

The meal will consist of five Mediterranean inspired courses:

  • Arugula Salad with Apples and Feta
  • Proscuitto Wrapped Crispy Avocado
  • Yogurt-Pomegranate Dip with Za’atar Spice
  • Lemon Couscous Salad
  • Skillet Olive Oil Cake with Strawberries and Dark Chocolate Balsamic

    At Bowers Mill

    The parking lot entrance is off Yancey Rd. Our building is located on the backside of the brewery (Brewers at Yancey), which is the opposite part of the building as their front door. There is additional street parking off Yancey and Southside Dr. There is a staircase entrance to Bowers parking from Southside Dr located behind Escape Tactic.

On our side, we’ve made non-refundable purchases and scheduled the appropriate staff, so we have to find a balance.
