Learn several types of stuffed pasta in this workshop. Led by Chef Alyssa
Learn to make and roll egg pasta dough. Then learn to create several different shapes including Tortellini, Agnolotti, Ravioli and Caramelle. Guests will utilize the flavors of summer and learn ways to create sauces to create finished dishes.
Most of the pastas prepared are intended to go home with participants. Following class, you will have the option of cooking one of your pastas to enjoy!

BYOB or packaged snacks are not permitted at Chef Alyssas Kitchen. We have a great menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks along with snacks.
-If you are joining as a single ticket you will be sharing a table with 3 other guests for a table of 4. Please note, just as in all CAK events each guest will be sharing equipment, tools, prep and ultimately the food theyve made during the class with their table-mates. If youre registering with 3 guests in your party, you may be asked to be at different tables (though near each other)

The parking lot entrance is off Yancey Rd. Our building is located on the backside of the brewery (Brewers at Yancey), which is the opposite part of the building as their front door. There is additional street parking off Yancey and Southside Dr. There is a staircase entrance to Bowers parking from Southside Dr located behind Escape Tactic.
