Class Information
Learn the skills to make artisan chocolates. This is our 10th annual Chocolate Workshop!
Led by Chef Alyssa.
Wednesday, February 12th for a 6:00 pm start.
Learn to work with chocolate and make delicious confections in this annual workshop. Learn how to temper milk, dark and white chocolates, make both molded and rolled truffles, enrobe ganache and chewy caramels. Please note, registration is limited to 16 guests maximum in our private room.

Note: This menu is Gluten-Free. Some items are Dairy-Free but not all.
Additional Notes
BYOB or packaged snacks are not permitted at Chef Alyssas Kitchen. We have a great menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks along with snacks.
-If you are joining as a single ticket you will be sharing a table with 3 other guests for a table of 4. Please note, just as in all CAK events each guest will be sharing equipment, tools, prep and ultimately the food theyve made during the class with their table-mates. If youre registering with 3 guests in your party, you may be asked to be at different tables (though near each other)
-1 ticket is for 1 person
-Please do not register if youre experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms

The parking lot entrance is off Yancey Rd. Our building is located on the backside of the brewery (Brewers at Yancey), which is the opposite part of the building as their front door. There is additional street parking off Yancey and Southside Dr. There is a staircase entrance to Bowers parking from Southside Dr located behind Escape Tactic.
