Essential skills cooking with the flavors of summer!
Recommend for ages 13-20; teens and young adults can attend on their own!

1 ticket for 1 person.
This class is for the high school, college aged teens and young adults getting interested in the kitchen! Foundation skills and some go-to dishes to cook at home and put into practice to become even more comfortable cooking for themselves and others.
In this class, participants will cook everything, each step of the way, to bring the meal together.
Focused Skills: marinating, grilling, beef temperature, developing flavor with spice and herbs, rice cooking.

-BYOB or packaged snacks are not permitted at Chef Alyssas Kitchen.
-Please note, just as in all CAK events each guest will be sharing equipment, tools, prep and ultimately the food theyve made during the class with their table-mates.

The parking lot entrance is off Yancey Rd. Our building is located on the backside of the brewery (Brewers at Yancey), which is the opposite part of the building as their front door. There is additional street parking off Yancey and Southside Dr. There is a staircase entrance to Bowers parking from Southside Dr located behind Escape Tactic.
