Our standard processing time for in-stock items is approximately 2 weeks from order confirmation. For custom or branded items, please allow up to 4 weeks for production and delivery.

Our gift bundles are available for pickup at our kitchen location or we can ship locally in the Charlotte area. A $25 fee applies for local delivery service. Please email @[email protected] to inquire about shipping.

Most unopened items with proof of purchase can be returned within 30 days and will be refunded in the original form of payment. To initiate a return, please email [email protected].
