Cocktail French Macarons Workshop

Class Information

Learn the intricate art of making French Macarons along with two delicious fillings!

Led by pastry chef Britt

In this class you will learn how to make these beautiful, colorful and delicate pastries. Each one will replicate a cocktail! You will leave with a variety of macarons and the confidence to remake them at home. Each group will make both fillings for their macarons along with the macarons.

 

Thursday, September 5th for a 6pm start. Led by pastry chef Britt

 

Menu (Gluten-Free)

Mimosa – Orange Macaron with Champagne Filling

Chocolate Kahlua – Chocolate Macaron with Kahlua-Coffee Buttercream

 

Notes: This menu cannot be made dairy-free

-This class is 21+

-BYOB or packaged snacks are not permitted at Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen. We have a great menu of  alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks along with snacks.

-If you are joining as a single ticket you will be sharing a table with 3 other guests for a table of 4. Please note, just as in all CAK events each guest will be sharing equipment, tools, prep and ultimately the food they’ve made during the class with their table-mates. If you’re registering with 3 guests in your party, you may be asked to be at different tables (though near each other) 

-1 ticket is for 1 person

-Please do not register if you’re experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms

The parking lot entrance is off Yancey Rd. Our building is located on the backside of the brewery (Brewers at Yancey), which is the opposite part of the building as their front door. There is additional street parking off Yancey and Southside Dr. There is a staircase entrance to Bowers parking from Southside Dr located behind Escape Tactic.
