All the fun of baking and sharing some cookie favorites together!

Morning Session: 10 am – 12 pm
For our 4th annual Cookie- Exchange, our pastry chef Britt has developed 7 brand new cookie varieties! In this class, each table of 4 or 5 guests will be making a large batch of one of the following varieties Through the chef demos, all participants will learn how to make each cookie! At the end, everyone will exchange cookies and you will leave with several of each flavor cookie.

Note: This class cannot be made Gluten or Dairy Free. All items are Nut-Free! Guests MUST bring a large to-go container.
Additional Notes
Beginning Friday July 1st, 2022, BYOB or packaged snacks are not permitted at Chef Alyssas Kitchen. We have a great menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks along with snacks.
-If you are joining as a single ticket you will be sharing a table with 3 other guests for a table of 4 or 5. Please note, just as in all CAK events each guest will be sharing equipment, tools, prep and ultimately the food theyve made during the class with their table-mates. If youre registering with 3 guests in your party, you may be asked to be at different tables (though near each other)
-1 ticket is for 1 person
-Please do not register if youre experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms

The parking lot entrance is off Yancey Rd. Our building is located on the backside of the brewery (Brewers at Yancey), which is the opposite part of the building as their front door. There is additional street parking off Yancey and Southside Dr. There is a staircase entrance to Bowers parking from Southside Dr located behind Escape Tactic.
