In this workshop you’ll learn to make Egg Pasta, Gnocchi and Semolina Dough. You’ll shape: Farfalle and Fettuccini, Potato Gnocchi and Handmade Orecchiette and Cavatelli.
Once shaped, enjoy seasonal flavors a hearty Bolognese sauce finished with local parmesan. Most of the pasta will be packet for you to bring home.
Note: This menu cannot be made Gluten-Free. It can be made Dairy-Free and Vegetarian with advanced notice when signing up.

The parking lot entrance is off Yancey Rd. Our building is located on the backside of the brewery (Brewers at Yancey), which is the opposite part of the building as their front door. There is additional street parking off Yancey and Southside Dr. There is a staircase entrance to Bowers parking from Southside Dr located behind Escape Tactic.
