An elevated meal of special dishes celebrating the season and built for entertaining.

This upscale meal will have you feeling ready celebrate! Classic techniques with modern flair make this menu shine! We source our rib roast from Shipley Farms here in NC, along with all of the other local and seasonal ingredients.

Truffle Potato Pave: 1000 layer crispy potatoes
Broccolini with Caramelized Lemon
Shipley Farms Standing Rib Roast with port wine and currant reduction sauce

Additional Notes
BYOB or packaged snacks are not permitted at Chef Alyssas Kitchen. We have a great menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks along with snacks.
-If you are joining as a single ticket you will be sharing a table with 3 other guests for a table of 4. Please note, just as in all CAK events each guest will be sharing equipment, tools, prep and ultimately the food theyve made during the class with their table-mates. If youre registering with 3 guests in your party, you may be asked to be at different tables (though near each other)
-1 ticket is for 1 person
-Please do not register if youre experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms

The parking lot entrance is off Yancey Rd. Our building is located on the backside of the brewery (Brewers at Yancey), which is the opposite part of the building as their front door. There is additional street parking off Yancey and Southside Dr. There is a staircase entrance to Bowers parking from Southside Dr located behind Escape Tactic.
