Prepare tagine and an array of delicious accompaniments to build a large spread!

A Moroccan feast is built with around rich tasting main dishes and accompanying appetizers, compotes and salads that remain on the table throughout the meal and compliment each other. You’ll learn about spices and how to use unique ingredients and build flavors around local and seasonal items. Prepare for a large and lavish meal!

Additional Notes
BYOB or packaged snacks are not permitted at Chef Alyssas Kitchen. We have a great menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks along with snacks.
-If you are joining as a single ticket you will be sharing a table with 3 other guests for a table of 4. Please note, just as in all CAK events each guest will be sharing equipment, tools, prep and ultimately the food theyve made during the class with their table-mates. If youre registering with 3 guests in your party, you may be asked to be at different tables (though near each other)
-1 ticket is for 1 person
-Please do not register if youre experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms

The parking lot entrance is off Yancey Rd. Our building is located on the backside of the brewery (Brewers at Yancey), which is the opposite part of the building as their front door. There is additional street parking off Yancey and Southside Dr. There is a staircase entrance to Bowers parking from Southside Dr located behind Escape Tactic.
