Take a class together! Learn the skills of pie dough and shaping together! Ages 11 – 18.
Led by pastry chef Morgan.
1 ticket is for 2 people
Friday, November 13th for a 6:00pm start
Learn the technique behind making delicious and flaky pie crust! Dough will be made, shaped, filled and baked throughout class. Each guest will prepare their own 8″ apple pie, which will be fully prepared to be finished and baked at your home. The Hand Pies will be made collectively, as a group of 4, baked and enjoyed during class.

-BYOB or packaged snacks are not permitted at Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen. We have a great menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks along with snacks.
-If you are joining as a ticket for 2 guests you will be sharing a table with 2 other guests. Please note, just as in all CAK events each guest will be sharing equipment, tools, prep and ultimately the food they’ve made during the class with their table-mates. If you have 3 guests total joining, you’ll need to purchase 2 tickets (up to 4 people total).
-1 ticket is for 2 people. Parent + Teen¦ can also be Adult + Teen.

Ticket Cancellation Policy:
For public events. If you cancel up to 7 days before the class date, you will receive a full ticketed refund for the amount of your event ticket. If you cancel 72 hours in advance, you will receive 50% of your event ticket amount back. We cannot refund you for cancellations made within 72 hours of an event.
When a cancellation occurs, we open the ticket(s) on our website and contact the waiting list. If the tickets are filled prior to the event you will receive a future event credit for each ticket filled. You may also transfer your ticket to a friend to use.
Note: Transferring to a new event is considered a cancellation for the event you’re ticketed.

The parking lot entrance is off Yancey Rd. Our building is located on the backside of the brewery (Brewers at Yancey), which is the opposite part of the building as their front door. There is additional street parking off Yancey and Southside Dr. There is a staircase entrance to Bowers parking from Southside Dr located behind Escape Tactic.
