Winter Floral Cake Decorating

Friday, January 31st for a 6:00 pm start

— Menu Description —

In this class you will learn to make blue rose flowers and other piped flower techniques. The design will cascade on the white buttercream iced cake. You will learn how to smoothly and crisply stack, ice and decorate, then take home your own 6? cake!

Cake will be a delicious Orange Cake with American Buttercream

Notes: Ages 16+ may attend if attending with a registered adult. This menu cannot be made gluten or dairy free.  Second Note: Our tables are set up for 4 guests, if you are registering with 3 guests in your party, you may be asked to be at different tables. Another idea is to purchase the table of 4 to guarantee spots together and invite a 4th guest or have more food to enjoy! We try to avoid splitting groups up but this can happen with a group of 3, especially in classes like these.  We will put those groups of 3 close to each other! If possible, please invite a 4th guest to avoid this.

Additional Notes

–Beginning Friday July 1st, 2022, BYOB or packaged snacks are not permitted at Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen. We have a great menu of  alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks along with snacks.

-If you are joining as a single ticket you will be sharing a table with 3 other guests for a table of 4. Please note, just as in all CAK events each guest will be sharing equipment, tools, prep and ultimately the food they’ve made during the class with their table-mates. If you’re registering with 3 guests in your party, you may be asked to be at different tables (though near each other) 

-1 ticket is for 1 person

-Please do not register if you’re experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms
