Friday Day Class! For the last 4 years, Chef Alyss Friday Day Class! For the last 4 years, Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen has offered monthly classes on Friday mornings from 10:30 am - 1:30 pm covering specific skills, such as breaking down fish (like today)!) or spring chicken (April 24th). 

In May, chef JQ has an Oyster Workshop on Friday May 22nd. Other themes throughout the year include pasta making and a pie workshop.
