Spanish Tapas Tasting Event
Class Information
This super fun station-driven event works differently than our regular classes.
Friday, September 6th for a 6:30 pm start
This unique, one of a kind cooking experience is a fun way to learn new skills!
Our Tapas Tasting is a bit different than our regular cooking class events because each dish on the menu is a station! Different than a traditional class, guests will be led by a chef at each of 4 stations to create the dish and then enjoy it right away before moving to the next one in a free flowing format. Youll rotate on your own (in no particular order) from station to station. By the end of the evening, you’ll leave having a delicious meal and recipes to recreate everything! We are expecting a large group for this event.
Summer Spanish Tapas Menu
Gambas al Ajillo: Garlic Shrimp
Patatas Bravas with Smoked Tomato Sauce and Lemon Aioli
Grilled Lamb with Peach and Hot Honey
Bocadillo de Jamon – Serrano, Manchego & Fig on Grilled Flatbread
Dessert (not a station): Homemade ice cream sandwiches will be served at the end!
Menu notes: This menu is Gluten-Free except for the flatbread. It cannot be made Dairy-Free.
Additional Notes
BYOB or packaged snacks are not permitted at Chef Alyssas Kitchen. We have a great menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks along with snacks.

The parking lot entrance is off Yancey Rd. Our building is located on the backside of the brewery (Brewers at Yancey), which is the opposite part of the building as their front door. There is additional street parking off Yancey and Southside Dr. There is a staircase entrance to Bowers parking from Southside Dr located behind Escape Tactic.
