Dive into oyster knowledge from coastal regions to cooking techniques!

Friday, May 22nd for a 10:30am start.

A Shuckin’ Good Time!

In this workshop you will learn all about oysters from where they come from and how they grow, how waters diversify their flavor and size from West to East Coast. You’ll learn how to properly clean, shuck and prep them and when and why you’d choose raw or cooked preparations.

Oyster varieties will be determined during the week of class.

Oyster Rockefeller

The parking lot entrance is off Yancey Rd. Our building is located on the backside of the brewery (Brewers at Yancey), which is the opposite part of the building as their front door. There is additional street parking off Yancey and Southside Dr. There is a staircase entrance to Bowers parking from Southside Dr located behind Escape Tactic.
