Learn three types of dough and shapes! Led by Chef Alyssa
Friday, September 5th for a 10:30 am start
In this intermediate level workshop, you will learn to make pastas from three different doughs. Each one unique and lead to development of many different dishes.
Menu
Egg Pasta, Gnocchi and Semolina Dough. Youll shape: Farfalle and Fettuccini, Potato Gnocchi and Handmade Orechiette and Cavatelli
You’ll enjoy the flavors of summer with a delicious tomato sauce, basil and ricotta creating a sauce for one of the pastas to enjoy in class. The rest will be brought home.
Additional Notes
BYOB or packaged snacks are not permitted at Chef Alyssas Kitchen. We have a great menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks along with snacks.
-If you are joining as a single ticket you will be sharing a table with 3 other guests for a table of 4. Please note, just as in all CAK events each guest will be sharing equipment, tools, prep and ultimately the food theyve made during the class with their table-mates. If youre registering with 3 guests in your party, you may be asked to be at different tables (though near each other)

The parking lot entrance is off Yancey Rd. Our building is located on the backside of the brewery (Brewers at Yancey), which is the opposite part of the building as their front door. There is additional street parking off Yancey and Southside Dr. There is a staircase entrance to Bowers parking from Southside Dr located behind Escape Tactic.
