Learn the techniques to making bakery-style doughnuts!
Led by pastry chef Brittany Nolen
Wednesday, August 20th for a 6:00pm start
In this fun workshop, guests will learn how to make a delicious, delicate yeast doughnut , along with all the fillings and toppings in four summer combinations!
Menu of Flavors
Peaches & Cream
Peach Pastry Cream and Vanilla Glaze with a Maple Crumble
White Chocolate-Raspberry
White Chocolate Glazed filled with Raspberry Jam
S’mores
Chocolate Ganache with Toasted Meringue and a Homemade Graham Cracker Cookie
Boston Cream
Classic Pastry Cream with Chocolate Glaze
Note: This class cannot be made Gluten or Dairy-Free.
Additional Notes
BYOB or packaged snacks are not permitted at Chef Alyssas Kitchen. We have a great menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks along with snacks.
-If you are joining as a single ticket you will be sharing a table with 3 other guests for a table of 4. Please note, just as in all CAK events each guest will be sharing equipment, tools, prep and ultimately the food theyve made during the class with their table-mates. If youre registering with 3 guests in your party, you may be asked to be at different tables (though near each other)

The parking lot entrance is off Yancey Rd. Our building is located on the backside of the brewery (Brewers at Yancey), which is the opposite part of the building as their front door. There is additional street parking off Yancey and Southside Dr. There is a staircase entrance to Bowers parking from Southside Dr located behind Escape Tactic.
