Wednesday, October 30th for a 6pm start
Learn the technique behind making delicious and flaky pie crust! Fillings made with all local ingredients. Dough will be made, shaped, filled and baked throughout class. Each guest will prepare their own 8 sweet potato pie. The galette and hand pies will be made as a group of 4.

BYOB or packaged snacks are not permitted at Chef Alyssas Kitchen. We have a great menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks along with snacks.
-If you are joining as a single ticket you will be sharing a table with 3 other guests for a table of 4. Please note, just as in all CAK events each guest will be sharing equipment, tools, prep and ultimately the food theyve made during the class with their table-mates. If youre registering with 3 guests in your party, you may be asked to be at different tables (though near each other)

The parking lot entrance is off Yancey Rd. Our building is located on the backside of the brewery (Brewers at Yancey), which is the opposite part of the building as their front door. There is additional street parking off Yancey and Southside Dr. There is a staircase entrance to Bowers parking from Southside Dr located behind Escape Tactic.
