A special occasion cooking experience for the holiday!
NOTE: 1 ticket is for 2 people. Tables are set up for 4 guests each to work together to make the menu.
Friday, February 13th for a 6:00pm start
Please note for all Valentines occasion classes: this class is set up just like all Chef Alyssa’s Cooking Classes in that all guests at the table of 4 will be working together. The class is not individualized to 2 guests working solely on their own. Please communicate this information if signing up another guest as a surprise, gift, etc. 1 ticket is for 2 people

Chevre and Pistachio Stuffed Dates Serve as an amuse bouche at start of class
Little Gem Salad with Marcona Almonds, Pomegranate and Roasted Lemon Vinaigrette
Seared Scallops with Miso-Apple Gastrique, Butternut Squash and Brussels Sprouts
Chocolate Mousse with Raspberries
Notes: This menu is Gluten-Free. It can be made Vegetarian with advanced notice when signing up. It cannot be made Dairy-Free. The Scallops cannot be substituted for another protein (except as a vegetarian meal).

-BYOB or packaged snacks are not permitted at Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen. We have a great menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks along with snacks.
-If you are joining as a single ticket you will be sharing a table with 3 other guests for a table of 4. Please note, just as in all CAK events each guest will be sharing equipment, tools, prep and ultimately the food they’ve made during the class with their table-mates. If you’re registering with 3 guests in your party, you may be asked to be at different tables (though near each other)

Ticket Cancellation Policy:
For public events. If you cancel up to 7 days before the class date, you will receive a full ticketed refund for the amount of your event ticket. If you cancel 72 hours in advance, you will receive 50% of your event ticket amount back. We cannot refund you for cancellations made within 72 hours of an event.
When a cancellation occurs, we open the ticket(s) on our website and contact the waiting list. If the tickets are filled prior to the event you will receive a future event credit for each ticket filled. You may also transfer your ticket to a friend to use.
Note: Transferring to a new event is considered a cancellation for the event you’re ticketed.

The parking lot entrance is off Yancey Rd. Our building is located on the backside of the brewery (Brewers at Yancey), which is the opposite part of the building as their front door. There is additional street parking off Yancey and Southside Dr. There is a staircase entrance to Bowers parking from Southside Dr located behind Escape Tactic.
