Valentines Brunch

Everyone’s favorite time of day to celebrate the occasion!

NOTE: 1 ticket is for 2 people. Tables are set up for 4 guests each to work together to make the menu.

Please note for all Valentines occasion classes: this class is set up just like all Chef Alyssa’s Cooking Classes in that all guests at the table of 4 will be working together. The class is not individualized to 2 guests working solely on their own. Please communicate this information if signing up another guest as a surprise, etc.

Note: this menu is Gluten-Free except for the dessert. It cannot be made Dairy-Free or Vegetarian.

Additional Notes

-Please note, just as in all CAK events each guest will be sharing equipment, tools, prep and ultimately the food they’ve made during the class with their table-mates.

–BYOB or packaged snacks are not permitted at Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen. We have a great menu of  alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks along with snacks.

At Bowers Mill

The parking lot entrance is off Yancey Rd. Our building is located on the backside of the brewery (Brewers at Yancey), which is the opposite part of the building as their front door. There is additional street parking off Yancey and Southside Dr. There is a staircase entrance to Bowers parking from Southside Dr located behind Escape Tactic.

On our side, we’ve made non-refundable purchases and scheduled the appropriate staff, so we have to find a balance.
