Spring is finally here, and that means it’s strawb Spring is finally here, and that means it’s strawberry season! 🍓✨ There’s nothing better than fresh, local fruit to make a light and delicious dessert like this easy strawberry galette. Strawberries from our favorite @bushnvine Farm!

To make the crust, start by mixing almond flour, coconut flour, potato starch, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Incorporate some frozen butter, an egg white, and a splash of water, then let the dough rest in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.

While the dough rests, slice up your fresh strawberries. Once ready, roll out the crust and spread a layer of strawberry jam in the center, leaving a border. Fan out those beautiful strawberry slices, fold the edges inward, and brush them with a milk or egg wash.

Finish it off with a sprinkle of turbinado sugar for a golden crunch and bake at 400°F for about 25 minutes. Serve with a dollop of Greek yogurt whipped cream for the perfect balance of tang and sweetness! 🥧🌸
