In this class you will learn how to make these beautiful and delicate pastries. You will leave with a variety of flavors and the confidence to remake them at home!

Raspberry Lemon

lemon shell, raspberry whipped white chocolate ganache and raspberry jam filling

Notes: This menu cannot be made Dairy-Free. Ages 18+ may attend with a registered adult.

The parking lot entrance is off Yancey Rd. Our building is located on the backside of the brewery (Brewers at Yancey), which is the opposite part of the building as their front door. There is additional street parking off Yancey and Southside Dr. There is a staircase entrance to Bowers parking from Southside Dr located behind Escape Tactic.
